At iCare Pet Crem we have a secure pet register which holds all our customer's pet information. The purpose of the register is to allow you to provide us with your pet's details so that together we can put plans in place today for the future. Don't worry you can change or cancel these plans at anytime all you need to do is let us know. At iCare Pet Crem we are trying to encourage pet owners to make plans early so when that sad day comes you are a little better prepared. Most people who have gone through this process will tell you that they didn't really know what to do and after the event may have done something different if more information was available or even more time to make a decision.

Registering your Pet with iCare Pet Crem is FREE and it will save you money in the future  when you need to use our service.

You will receive a certificate of registration within 14 days, after which you will save 10% on our prices.

Q. What if I want to change my plans?

A. At anytime you can change your plans by submitting a change request using the Pet Register form.

Q. What happens if I lose my certificate?

A. Your certificate is for your own record only.

We do not need to see this again as we have your details in our data base. You can request a copy.

Q. What if I want to make alternative arrangements for my Pets Burial or Cremation after I have registered my Pet with iCare Pet Crem?

A. By registering your pet you are not obligated in anyway to use our services and you can remove your pet's details at anytime.

Q. What discount will I get if I register my pet today.

A. You will receive the same discount as Pre Payment Customers and get the same benefits outlined in the Pre Payment Service page.

A. Just complete the on- line Pet Register Form which should only take a few minutes.
