Provide support and help customers decide upon the level of service they require and make the appropriate arrangements. We will treat all customer needs with a sense of urgency, understanding and integrity which is our fundamental operating principle.
We collect personally so there are NO mix ups. We offer a 24-hour collection service and usually collect within 4 hours if local (this negates the need for a cold storage process at you vets). Collection costs from your home or Vet are calculated as follows: £1.00 per mile from our Premises in Whitburn, West Lothian, EH47 0DE. (Charged one way) Collection between 7.pm - 7.am may incur additional call out charge, please ask. We offer a speedy collection service within West Lothian, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife, Falkirk & Stirling areas and out with these areas our collection times will vary but we Guarantee to collect the same day you call us.
Should your pet pass away at your veterinary practice you can call us or have your vet call us to have your pet collected. PLEASE be aware that your vet may have other arrangements in place for the disposal of animals or to provide a service, so please ensure you make your wishes clear to them by asking for iCare Pet Crem to collect and provide this personal caring service and they will be happy to support your wishes at this sad time.
Bringing your pet to us
If you would like to bring your pet to us please call first to book a time that works for us both as we want to make sure we can look after you from the minute you arrive. Our premises are shared with Browning's Funeral Directors and iCare Headstones, therefore Pet and Human Funeral activities are Managed from the same premises. We are also often called away and at times the office is closed throughout the day.
Individual cremation to take place at our premises. The ashes will be returned in one of our carefully selected Biodegradable scatter tubes which are suitable for burial or a casket of your choice from our range. We can return your pet's ashes to your vet, home or you can collect from our premises.
Ashes are ready for collection/delivery usually the next working day. We have an ever expanding range of memorials and caskets which can be engraved by us according to your wishes.
We guarantee the safe return of your pet's ashes as we only perform individual cremation services.
Burial Services: There are several options that we would be happy to discuss.
Customers may wish to bury their pets in their own garden but for either physical or emotional reasons find this a difficult thing to do.
iCare Pet Register: Registering your Pet with iCare Pet Crem is FREE so when that sad day comes you are a little better prepared.
